Billing terms

· Recruitment fee is 8.33% of the candidate’s annual CTC, invoiced on the date of joining.
· Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. GST is charged at 18% on the fee.
· A free replacement is provided if the candidate leaves within 90 days of joining.
· Contract staffing is billed monthly in arrears against approved timesheets.
